Both soft and hard coat Low E glasses can be used to achieve WER.
Low E glass must be used to achieve compliance with Building Regulations and indeed WER.
Low Iron glass is available in clear glass at present. Unlike float glass it is not mass produced and therefore is significantly more expensive and limited in product range.
Low Iron glass can be used to possibly achieve higher energy ratings.
