LOW E COMBINATIONS

Body Tints and High Performance glasses can be effectively combined with Low E glasses. Low E acts as a second line of defence in that the heat absorbed by solar control glass is reflected back by the Low E coating.

TINTED / ANTI SUN

CET offer a range of body tinted solar control glasses in Bronze, Grey, Green, and Blue. These can be used in domestic or commercial window applications.

• Significantly reduces transmission of heat build up

• Offers choice of high to low light transmittance

• Provides varying degrees of reflectance

• Wide range of colours available to meet aesthetic design requirements

Each can be toughened to British Standard BS12150 and are readily available from CET. Whilst these glasses can be supplied in double or single glazed form it is useful to note that in sealed units the best position for tinted glass is on the outer pane.
